BLACKPINK Locations in Korea: The Mapo Route, Jeju, and Jennie's Seoul

The BLACKPINK HOUSE dorm building, the pottery café, the YG-area fan café, the Jeju episodes, and the Seoul tourism campaign stops — a practical guide to 34 real places.

K-SpotBLACKPINKSeoulJejufan travel

The EatHub BLACKPINK collection holds 34 places, and unlike most fan lists it's not scattered randomly across the country. It clusters hard: a walkable Mapo/Seodaemun route from the BLACKPINK HOUSE era, a Jeju cluster from the same show's island episodes, and a set of Seoul landmarks from Jennie's tourism campaign work. Here's how to use each.

The Mapo route: BLACKPINK HOUSE territory

This is the best day in the collection because you can walk most of it.

  • Sanrio Lovers Club (Wausan-ro 19-gil, Mapo) — the building used as the members' dorm during BLACKPINK HOUSE. It's now a themed café. Best on a weekday, roughly noon to 3pm.
  • Doja-gi Café Jul (Sinchon-ro 4-gil) — the pottery workshop café where Jisoo and Rosé did a ceramics session in 24/365 with BLACKPINK. You can book a class yourself.
  • YG Entertainment (Huiujeong-ro 1-gil, Mapo) — the group's agency building. Exterior only, like every agency stop.
  • The SameE Café — directly across from YG, an official fan space with a café and a merch shop. This is the one where you'll actually meet other fans.
  • Maison Kitty Bunny Pony Seoul (Worldcup-ro 5-gil, Mapo) — the fabric and homeware shop the members visited to decorate the dorm.

Two more sit just west in Seodaemun: Peter Pan 1978, the Yeonhui-dong bakery Jennie visited on a YouTube bread tour (she recommended the potato bread — go 9–11am on a weekday, it sells out), and Supsok Hanbang Land, the jjimjilbang where the members did the sauna episode.

Eat: you're in Hongdae/Yeonnam/Mapo, which is arguably the densest good-food area in Seoul for the money. You will not struggle.

Jongno: hanbok, hanok, and palaces

  • Danha Maison (Palpan-gil) — the modern hanbok label that made the How You Like That stage and music video costumes. It's a showroom, so treat it accordingly.
  • Rakkojae Seoul Bukchon Hanok Village — a hanok stay used for the 2022 Summer Diary shoot.
  • Bukchon Hanok Village, Gyeongbokgung, and Deoksugung — all appeared in Jennie's Seoul tourism campaign content. Gyeongbokgung right at 9am opening; Deoksugung in the morning.

This entire group is walkable from Anguk Station, and Jongno's old restaurants are two minutes away in any direction.

The Jennie tourism campaign stops

Seoul's tourism campaign work put Jennie in a set of very visitable landmarks, and they make a good "first time in Seoul" day that happens to also be a fan day:

  • Dongdaemun Design Plaza — best in the evening, 6–8pm, when the curved facade lights up.
  • Seoul Moon (서울달) in Yeouido — the tethered helium balloon ride; go an hour before sunset.
  • Nodeul Island, COEX, and Line Friends Square Myeongdong, where a character sculpture carries Jisoo's signature.
  • 10 Corso Como Cheongdam — Jennie posted from this store; it's in the middle of Gangnam's luxury district.
  • Namsan Park — where Jisoo and Lisa filmed a cherry-blossom vlog. Early morning, 8–10am, before the crowds.

Jeju: the island episodes

BLACKPINK HOUSE's Jeju arc gives you a ready-made island itinerary:

  • Dongmun Traditional Market in Jeju City — the market the members visited, and the best cheap dinner on the island.
  • Hyeopjae Beach in Hallim — white sand and Biyangdo island offshore. Go 8–10am or an hour before sunset.
  • Jeju Horse Riding Park in Aewol, Maze Land in Gujwa, and the Jeju Shinhwa World Marriott, where the members stayed.

Eat: black pork, seafood, and Dongmun Market itself, which is a food destination as much as a shopping one.

Outside Seoul and Jeju

  • Kyung Hee University Global Campus open-air theater in Yongin — the AS IF IT'S YOUR LAST music video location.
  • Haneul Ranch, Daegwallyeong in Pyeongchang — the open-car driving scene in Lovesick Girls. Highland pasture, best in the morning.
  • Byeokchoji Garden in Paju — where Jennie shot the white-tulip photos.
  • Ocean World in Hongcheon — a Running Man race location with Jennie and Jisoo.

Concert venues

If you want the rooms rather than the sets: Gocheok Sky Dome (the 2023 BORN PINK Seoul finale), KSPO DOME (the 2022 BORN PINK Seoul shows and earlier concerts), Olympic Hall (the 2019 PRIVATE STAGE fan meeting), and Goyang Stadium, which opened the 2025 DEADLINE tour. All are worth visiting only on a non-event weekday, when you can actually get near them.

Practical notes

  • Cafés and shops on this list are businesses. Buy something, don't film other customers, don't block the counter.
  • The dorm building is a private building. Photograph the exterior, then go inside and order like everyone else.
  • YG is an office. Exterior only.
  • Weekday mornings are recommended for most entries in this collection — that's not a generic tip, it's what's in the data for each spot.
